Margot Kramer Biehle

Margot Biehle’s practice is focused on corporate law and environmental legal policy, through her work with start-up companies, corporate legal firms, and not-for-profit organizations.  Margot has served as outside general counsel for early-stage start-ups, including (IPO 2004) and MetaTV (acquired by TV Works/Comcast), practiced mergers and acquisitions law and securities litigation at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in San Francisco, and worked as a contract attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council, where she developed an expertise in water law working with the Western Water Project.  She currently serves as General Counsel for Project Frog, a firm that designs, manufactures and constructs green building systems.  She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Marin Environmental Housing Collaborative, and is a founding board member of Emerge California, a Democratic women’s political leadership training program.  She formerly served as a member of the Executive Committee Sierra Club Marin Group.  Margot earned her BA from UCLA and her JD, magna cum laude, from the University of San Francisco.
